Basic Controls

This demonstration presents a selected sub-set of the controls and gadget types included within the PEG+ library.

Full customization of each control type is easily accomplished. Four-level grayscale and true-color versions of this demo are available for Windows and Linux hosted environments.

This program illustrates the ease in creating applications for various target color depths and target platforms. The same application software is used for all versions of this demonstration, regardless which target the program is built for. While these demonstrations are provided for execution on a hosted environment such as Windows or Linux, the exact same software can be compiled and run on your embedded target.

Advanced Graphics

This is a short demonstration of some more advanced graphics including various drawing primitives, anti-aliased fonts, and alpha blending of layered windows.

Each of the PEG+ drawing primitives are hand-optimized to yield the best possible performance while limiting code space. PEG+ supports advanced viewport and clipping algorithms, allowing any number of overlapped window to operate simultaneously.

Multiple Language Demo

This is a small demonstration of the multiple language features supported by PEG+. This demonstration supports execution in English, Japanese, and French languages. PEG+ works in combination with the PEG Developers Toolkit PEG WindowBuilder™ program to provide a complete solution for multiple language support. The PEG WindowBuilder™ String Table editor facility allows your team to work in their native language, and add additional language support at any time utilizing translators to provide string translations. Switching languages "on the fly" while your product is running is painless and fully supported within the PEG+ framework.

HMI Gadgets

More built-in control types including animated graphics, charts, and dials, and slide indicators.

These controls can be used as-is or customized to provide the exact look and feel you require. Software developers can derive from the provided library classes to fully customize drawing, colors, and user-input operation.
