Port Huron, MI – May 2, 2005 - Swell Software, Inc., a world leader in providing innovative GUI solutions for embedded systems, announced today an integration package and driver set for Sharp LH7A404 microprocessor with ARM9TDMI-RISC™ core.
The LH7A404 is a 32-bit System-on-Chip solution for color Multimedia and Portable Applications. This support package allows our customers to be up and running immediately on this development board. With this release, a variety of compilers and RTOS's are supported. This will provide embedded developers in the GPS, Handheld Games, Media Players, PDA, Pocket PC's, Point of Sale, Smart Phone, Test and Measurement, Thin Client, and Web Pad industries the right tools for their application development.
A sample Graphics Demo CD will also be included in Logic PD development kits soon to be available later this month. Demo can be set up to run on 800 X 600, 640 X 480, and 240 X 320 LCD screens. An integrated touch screen is also supported.
